REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
This policy explains refunds for ImageEdit Pro. The price and what you are buying are shown on pricing and at checkout before you pay. The Terms of Service explain the purchase itself.
Overview
ImageEdit Pro is a single payment for batch export and saved presets. It is not a subscription, so there is no renewal and no cancellation of a future period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. imagedit supplies the product and answers questions about how the editor works. It does not refund a credit or debit card by itself. A refund of the order is processed through Paddle.
The free editor is not a purchase and has nothing to refund.
Cancellation and refunds
These are different ideas, and only one of them applies here. Cancellation would stop a future renewal. There is no renewal, so there is nothing to cancel and no unused subscription period to keep or lose.
A refund returns some or all of a payment that already happened, when this policy or the law says so. Asking for a refund is not a cancellation, because no further charge is scheduled.
When a refund can be reviewed
Write to product support, or to Paddle buyer support, if the paid tools were not available after a confirmed payment, if you were charged twice, if the charge is not yours, or if the purchase failed in a material way. A change of mind can also be sent for review. This policy does not promise a refund for every change of mind. Mandatory rights described below are not limited by that review.
A verified ImageEdit Pro purchase gives ongoing access to the purchased functionality. It does not end on a clock. Losing a browser cookie is not a failed payment. Restore purchase can put a purchase that has not been revoked back on another browser.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you see two charges, or a charge that does not match the checkout, contact support with the transaction id from the Paddle receipt, the purchase date, and a short description. Do not send the card number or security code. The charge will be checked against the payment record.
Technical problems
If batch export or saved presets do not work after the site has confirmed the payment, email support with the browser, the transaction id, and what failed. You do not need to attach the image. Support can look at access and the payment record without the file.
What happens to access
A full refund removes paid access. A chargeback also removes it. The free editor is unaffected. Because nothing renews, a refund does not have to cancel a next bill.
A partial refund does not currently remove paid access. That is the behavior of the server, not a commercial promise. Whether a partial refund should remove access has not been decided.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. That includes a distance-purchase or digital-service right where it applies and has not been lost in the way that law requires.
Checkout does not hide a waiver inside these Terms. It asks you to agree to the Terms and this policy before payment, and it tells you that access is delivered in that browser after payment is confirmed. Where a law requires a separate, explicit request for immediate digital performance before a withdrawal right changes, that separate control is not claimed here. This policy does not say that every buyer has waived a cooling-off or withdrawal right.
How to request a refund
Product questions go to contact@imagedit.net. Order, payment, and refund handling goes through Paddle buyer support. If this site agrees that a refund should be made, the refund is still processed in Paddle. Do not send card details to imagedit.
Paddle’s refund terms apply to the order because Paddle is the Merchant of Record: Paddle’s refund policy. The Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms also apply to that order.
Include the email you used at Paddle checkout, the transaction or order id, the purchase date, and the reason. Do not send the full card number, the security code, a password, or the image you were editing.
Refund processing
After a refund is approved and issued, the time it takes to appear on your payment method depends on Paddle, the card network, and your financial institution. imagedit does not promise a fixed number of hours or days for that posting.
Payment disputes
Contacting support first is the fastest way to fix a wrong charge. This policy does not take away your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or with Paddle. A dispute that reverses the payment is handled as a chargeback and removes paid access when the notice is applied.
Abuse and fraud
A request that is fraudulent, or that is repeated in order to keep paid access after a reversal, can be refused to the extent the law allows. A lawful consumer right is not refused merely because this sentence exists.
Changes to this policy
This policy is version 1.2, effective September 29, 2026. A later version will show a new version and date on this page. A purchase already made keeps the mandatory rights that applied to it. A new purchase is covered by the policy linked at that checkout.
