About these Terms

imagedit is an image tool you use in a web browser. The operator of the site offers the tool and the paid features described here. Paddle.com is the online reseller for an order placed through its checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

imagedit supplies and licenses the product. It does not take the card payment and it does not refund a card by itself. Questions about how the editor works can be sent to the support email on this page. Questions about a charge, a receipt, or a return go through Paddle. The Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms apply to the order between the buyer and Paddle.

If you use the site, these Terms apply to that use. A purchase also requires the confirmation shown at checkout.

The imagedit service

The editor can crop, resize, compress, and convert JPEG and still PNG images, and it can measure the result before you download it. ImageEdit Pro adds batch export of up to 10 images and saved export presets. The current editor is available without a purchase.

Features, limits, and browser support can change. A file that the editor accepts may still be rejected by another website. The editor does not promise a particular visual quality, colour match, or metadata result.

Eligibility

The site is a general-audience tool. It is not designed for children. You need legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are not old enough to enter a contract where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you. The site does not check age, and visiting a page is not treated as proof of age.

Free and paid services

There is no account. The free editor does not ask you to register. ImageEdit Pro is optional. The price, what it includes, and the fact that it is a single payment are shown on pricing and again at checkout before you pay. Those pages, not these Terms, are the source of the current price.

One-time purchases

ImageEdit Pro is one payment. It is not a subscription. It does not renew, and there is no later charge for the same purchase. You authorize Paddle to charge the payment method you submit for that single purchase, at the price and any tax Paddle shows before you confirm payment.

There is no free trial and no promotional period that converts into a paid plan. imagedit does not calculate tax. Any tax Paddle must collect is part of the Paddle payment form.

Paid access

ImageEdit Pro is $4.99 one-time. One payment. No subscription. No automatic renewal. After Paddle confirms the payment and this site verifies that notice, the purchase gives ongoing access to batch export and saved presets. That access continues for as long as the service offers the purchased functionality, subject to these Terms. It is not a promise that the service will operate for the life of the buyer. A full refund or a chargeback removes it.

The browser cookie is only a session for that browser. The purchase itself is the server record of the verified Paddle transaction. Clearing cookies, changing browser, or changing device does not delete that record. Restore purchase asks Paddle whether the email from the receipt has this purchase, then issues a new session. The email is not kept.

Checkout asks you to agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy, and to acknowledge the Privacy Policy, before the payment form opens. Agreeing to the Terms and Refund Policy is separate from acknowledging the Privacy Policy, and neither is a marketing consent. When a payment completes, the site stores those versions and the acceptance time with the Paddle transaction.

Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. A full refund, or a chargeback, removes paid access. There is no separate owner decision yet on whether a partial refund also removes access. The server today removes access for a full refund or a chargeback, and it leaves access in place after a partial refund. That partial-refund behavior is not a promise that a partial refund keeps the product. Canceling is not a separate step: there is no renewal to stop.

Your images

You keep all rights in the images and files you choose. imagedit does not claim ownership of them and does not take a license to store, publish, or reuse them.

The editor runs in your browser. The image file and the prepared file are not uploaded to imagedit for editing, batch export, or download. You only need the right to use files you process yourself. Do not use the tool for a file you are not allowed to use, or for anything unlawful.

Save the result before you close or reload the tab. Unsaved work stays in that tab only. Re-encoding can change or drop metadata, including EXIF, and it can change colour representation. The editor does not send image metadata to imagedit.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or bypass a limit, interfering with the service, probing it for a vulnerability in order to exploit it, sending malicious traffic, or using it for fraud or another unlawful purpose. Reverse engineering is restricted only to the extent the law allows a contract to restrict it.

Limits that can change, including file size, dimensions, batch size, and the number of saved presets, are the limits shown in the editor, on the pricing page, or during use. Do not rely on an older number in these Terms if the product shows a different limit.

Intellectual property

The software, interface, text, and branding of imagedit belong to the operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the site as offered. They do not transfer that intellectual property to you. Your images remain yours, as the previous section says.

Third-party services

Checkout and card handling are provided by Paddle. Hosting serves the website. Those providers have their own terms for the part they perform. The Privacy Policy describes what they receive. imagedit does not currently use an advertising network, an analytics product, or an email-marketing list.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as available. Maintenance, outages, browser changes, and file differences can interrupt it. There is no promised uptime. Features can be added, changed, or removed. A change to paid access that you already bought will not be used to ignore a refund right the Refund Policy or the law gives you.

Suspension

Access to paid features can be stopped if a payment is fully refunded or charged back, or if the site is abused, used for fraud, or used in a way that creates a security risk. Losing a browser session does not remove the purchase. The free editor is the public tool and is not sold as a guaranteed service. Suspension is not a way to avoid a mandatory consumer remedy.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose you do not see described on the site. This does not exclude a guarantee, right, or remedy that the law does not allow a contract to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that results from a file you chose to process on your own device. Where a limit is allowed, liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability that a consumer law keeps in place.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot be waived where you live. The Refund Policy says the same thing in the context of a payment.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms are version 1.2, effective September 29, 2026. A later version will replace this page and will show its own version and effective date. The date does not change on each visit. For a change that materially affects an existing purchase, the updated Terms will be posted before they are meant to apply to that purchase, unless an earlier change is required by law. Continuing to use the free editor after the effective date means the new Terms apply to that later use. A new purchase uses the version presented at that checkout.
